Jinny and Fr. John Henson have lived in Shreveport, LA for 20 years. They began Church for the Highlands in 2010 and Maggie Lee's Closet in 2013. Their son, Jack , is now married and working as an environmental scientist in Little Rock, AR.

The Hensons marvel at how beautiful life has become again after losing their incredible girl. Despite the brokenness of our world, there are so many kind souls ready to love others in physical ways. God's redemption of their worst-case scenario through other's acts of kindness is truly beyond belief.
